✅ Eligible for Refund or Reshipment

We accept refunds or reshipments if:

You received the wrong item

Your item arrived damaged

There are missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll respond promptly and offer the best solution — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or special voucher.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Custom stickers (as they are made-to-order)

Items that have already been used/applied

Orders older than 30 days from the delivery date
